The former Miss Universe, who has over 4 million followers unfolds the reason behind why she chooses not to follow anyone. Sitting down with Rajeev Masand onÂWomen We Love, Sen told the host that she joined the social site as she feared that people might not now her anymore after she suffered from fatal adrenal crisis. "I was very, very sick and I have hair that's falling. I have become moon-faced and I have steroid deposits. During this time, a thought crossed my mind, if this does kill me, people would never know who I was. So, one night, I just got on to Instagram and opened that page."
‘’I am in the public eye, I am a former Miss Universe, supposed to be this very beautiful woman and I have hair that’s falling and I am looking at it every day, I have become moon-faced and I have steroid deposits." Sen added.
