keep trying to uninstall update that keeps failing? error says not all updates were uninstalled?

Could use some good words on how i can uninstall this update completely or am i missing something?? Purrdy please. lol The error message states that not all updates were uninstalled. As well as i cannot uninstall any of the service stack installs either? Hi,
To completely uninstall an update that keeps failing, you can try the following steps:
Open Control Panel.
Open Programs, then open Uninstall a program.
Click View installed updates.
Locate and select the update in the list.
Click Uninstall.
