20+ of the BEST Peanut Butter Powder Recipes (1)

I’ve had a complicated love/hate affair with peanut butter over the years.

I was not too fond of peanut butter for a long time, thanks to a greedy kid moment that involved sneaking and ingesting far too many store-brand peanut butter cups for one person’s lifetime.

But, in Grad school, my friends wouldn’t leave well enough alone. So, thinking I couldn’t say no, they introduced me to the very, very salty peanut butter from Trader Joe’s, and they were right. I was HOOKED. This salted peanut butter was my gateway drug to all things peanut butter.

Peanut butter powder is one of those things. I love peanut butter powder because you can get loads of extra protein and peanut butter flavor without a bajillion calories. (Not that I’m a huge calorie counter nowadays, but I am mindful of a meal’s balance and general caloric density.) Of course, I still eat peanut butter by the spoonful, so I don’t think it’s terrible for you, but ya know moderation and all that jazz. Actually, I often combine peanut butter powder and peanut butter in recipes like my loaded peanut butter oats to have the best of both worlds!

Below are 20+ recipes from HH and my blogger friends to help you find new ways to love using peanut butter powder!
